We are located on the south east area of the FL-70 and US-301 intesection on 33rd Street East.
Directions
From the East (FL-70 or navigating on I-75):
- If going north on I-75, take exit 217-B towards Bradenton (heading west on FL-70)
- If going south on I-75, take exit 217 towards Bradenton/Arcadia (heading west on FL-70)
- After aproximately 4 miles, turn left on 33rd St E
- Entrances to Oak Terrace will be on the left after half a mile
From the West (FL-70):
- Head east on FL-70 past US-301 intersection
- Turn right on 33rd St E (second traffic light after US-301 intersection)
- Entrances to Oak Terrace will be on the left after half a mile
From the North (I-275):
- Head east on I-275 South
- Take exit 5 towards US-19
- Continue on US-41/South Tamiami Tr
- Slight left onto US-301 South
- Turn left on FL-70 and US-301 intesection
- Turn right on 33rd St E (second traffic light after US-301 intersection)
- Entrances to Oak Terrace will be on the left after half a mile
From the South (US-41):
- Head north on US-41
- Continue straight onto US-301 North and continue for 8 miles
- Turn right on 63rd Ave E
- Turn left at 33rd St E (first stop sign)
- Entrances to Oak Terrace will be on the right after about a mile
